Before you practise

Booking & class guidelines

Booking your class

All classes must be booked in advance, including for Kin members.

Bookings close 3 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you can't make it

Please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the class. This allows your place to become available to someone else.

Late cancellations and missed classes are recorded as no-shows.

Single-class bookings

Single-class bookings are non-refundable once purchased, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

If Kin has to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund for that class.

Minimum bookings

If a class has no bookings, it may not run. If this happens, it will show as cancelled on the schedule.

Please arrive on time

Please log in 2–3 minutes before the class starts.

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. As our classes are only 30 minutes long, latecomers may not be admitted, particularly where a class is part of a sequence or includes practices that need to flow from beginning to end.

30 minutes means 30 minutes

Give yourself a few minutes before class to settle in, so you can start your practice on time and get the most from your 30 minutes.

Your membership

Membership cancellation & refunds

Cancel anytime.

You can cancel your Kin Membership at any time. Your cancellation will normally take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following billing period. Your membership stays active until then.

You can request cancellation by contacting hello@kinyoga.org. Online membership cancellation through your membership account will be available when that functionality is introduced.

After we receive your cancellation request, we'll confirm the cancellation, the date your membership will end and whether any refund is due.

If you are entitled to a refund or other remedy under applicable consumer law, those rights are not affected by this cancellation policy.

Taking a break

Pause your membership

Need a break? You can pause your Kin Membership for up to 3 months.

While your membership is paused:

your £50 monthly membership payments are suspended
your membership benefits and access to live classes are temporarily paused
your membership will automatically resume on the date agreed when the pause is arranged
you will receive confirmation of your pause and restart date

Pausing is optional. If you would prefer to end your membership, you can cancel it instead.
